December Newsletter

Our Focus this month is - Bringing Christ into Christmas
1. Think and ponder on the true meaning of Christmas.
2. Share your thoughts of our Savior's birth with your family and friends.
3. Think of what you can give Christ this year for a gift.

Pulled French Dip Sandwiches
Serves 8
Cooking Time 8 hr

Ingredients
1( 3-4 pound) top chuck roast
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 reaspoon black pepper
1 bay leaf
8 hard rolls or French Bread

Instructions
1. Place roast in a 3- quart slow cooker.   Ina medium bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, and spices; pour over roast.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until meat is very tender.  Remove meat from broth'shre with forks and keep warm.
3. Place meat on rolls.  Strain broth and pour into small cups for dipping.
